The Barnsley Youth Jazz Association are committed to safeguarding children and young adults we work with.  It is important to us that they feel safe and secure within our organisation and enjoy their activities.  Where appropriate we make sure those adults engaging with children are DBS (CRB) checked.  We have a fully comprehensive Child Protection Policy in place which all band members are aware of.  We also have a Child Protection Officer within our organisation.
